To shop online at Minimates, you do not necessarily have to create an account. You can check out as a "guest." However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, review past purchases, and save your details for a faster shopping experience next time.

Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive a Sales Order Summary email within an hour. This acts as confirmation that we have received your request. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to add items or make changes, please contact us immediately. We can modify your order within 1 hour of placement. Once the order enters the processing or shipping stage, we cannot make changes. You may also email us to cancel your order before dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay securely when the rider arrives at your doorstep.
  • Online Payments: We accept Visa and Mastercard (Debit/Credit).

4. Delivery Information

Delivery Time: Local orders typically take between 3-4 working days to arrive, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Delivery Charges: We treat our prepaid customers to special savings!

  • Online Payment: Enjoy FREE Delivery nationwide if you pay via Credit/Debit card.
  • Cash on Delivery: A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 will be added separately to your total bill.

Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.

5. Exchange Policy

We do our best to keep our inventory stocked, but popular designs run out fast! If you need to exchange an item, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
