Return & Exchange Policy

At Minimates, your happiness and your child's comfort are our highest priorities. We understand that sometimes a size might not be right or a style might not work out. We strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible with a fair and transparent exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can exchange the product or receive Online Store Credit within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
  • Fashion products can be exchanged if the original tags and labels are intact.
  • The original receipt/invoice must be included.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that specific items are excluded from our exchange policy:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions are considered final and cannot be exchanged.

3. Shipping Costs & Refunds

We maintain a 'No Cash Refund' policy. However, if a product is found to be defective or the wrong item was delivered, we will process a claim within 07 working days.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning articles for exchange (e.g., size change). However, if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Minimates will bear the shipping costs.

4. How to Request an Exchange

Once your request is approved, please courier the article to our warehouse address which will be provided to you by our customer care team.
